Problems & Solutions:
#001 – After installation the CurrentCost Bridge shows Frozen on http://my.currentcost.com/ and does not plot any data.
- Login to http://my.currentcost.com/ and select DEVICES
- You should see your device listed with the serial number, model, status and registration date.
- Find the device you’ve just installed and hit the link ‘DELETE DEVICE’
- Turn the CurrentCost Bridge device off at the wall
- go back to http://my.currentcost.com and register the CurrentCost Bridge again but this time ensure all of your letters are put in lower case.
- Once complete power on your CurrentCost Bridge and you should see the device go from frozen to live and the data will start to plot.
